You are an academic or researcher seeking structured, one-on-one mentor-coaching support. Registration gives you access to the Envisage mentor panel, the pre-mentoring questionnaire, and between three and six sessions with your matched mentor-coach.

For experienced academics joining the Envisage panel

You are an experienced academic or senior professional interested in contributing to the Envisage panel as a mentor-coach. Envisage values and pays mentors for their time.
Mentor-coaches are trained in the Envisage Academic Navigation process and work with participants across a range of disciplines and career stages. If you have a background in higher education and a genuine capacity for reflective, structured conversation, we would love to hear from you

For universities and institutions enrolling staff

You are registering on behalf of a university, research institute, or other organisation that wishes to enrol multiple participants in the Envisage program. Volume pricing applies for groups of five or more, with rates reducing further for larger cohorts.

How do I register for the Envisage academic mentor-coaching program?

You can register directly on the Envisage website at envisagemyfuture.com/register. There are three registration options: as a Participant (an individual academic seeking mentoring), as a Mentor (an experienced academic offering to mentor others), or as an Organisation (a university or institution enrolling multiple participants).

Can universities or research organisations register their staff with Envisage?
