Throughout my 35 years in professional life, I have remained passionate about fostering curiosity, creativity, innovation, and collaborations across professional disciplines and industry sectors that are people-centred and improve the lives of individuals, workplaces and communities.

For the past 15 years, I have worked in higher education, leading and delivering work-integrated learning projects between students, industry, and researchers. This has enabled me to gain valuable insights into diverse industries and community sectors and the political, policy, professional, and operational environments in which they work.

My professional coaching uses a strengths-based approach to help people clarify their goals, overcome real or perceived barriers, improve their performance, and achieve their goals in work and life. I believe everyone is creative, and I consider my clients the experts in their lives. The success of a coaching program depends significantly on participants' willingness to engage and participate in the process.

I have developed a reputation for my dedication and skills in promoting innovation and cooperation by encouraging and supporting individuals and teams to develop awareness, skills, and abilities to improve individual and collective performance.

From conceptual project phases to implementation, I facilitate productive relationships and conversations across teams and portfolios, sectors, and communities and assist teams in designing, developing, and implementing desirable, feasible, and viable projects.

I find it immensely rewarding to facilitate conversations where professional and disciplinary boundaries collide and intersect, lightbulb thoughts ignite ideas for change, and teams coalesce to address a challenge that will positively impact people's lives.

In late 2023, I decided to recalibrate my work life and established CoolBus Creative. This is a consultancy that combines my skills and experience across the fields of design, innovation, business, arts and creative industries, government, education, policy, research and research translation.
