Registration Costs for Participants

Envisage is transparent about pricing. Unlike many coaching and mentoring programs, we publish our fees openly so you can make an informed decision before you register.

All prices include GST. University and institutional purchasing teams are welcome to contact us to discuss invoicing arrangements.
Clients outside of Australia are invoiced in AU$ and are not charged GST.

Individual Registration

$1,980 incl. GST
Your registration covers the full Envisage program: your pre-mentoring questionnaire, mentor-coach matching, and between three and six one-on-one sessions with your assigned mentor-coach.

Organisation — 5 to 10 Participants

$1,860 per person incl. GST
A saving of $120 per person compared to the individual rate. Ideal for teams, schools, or departments looking to invest in academic career development.

Organisation — 11 to 20 Participants

$1,740 per person incl. GST
A saving of $240 per person. Suitable for faculty-wide or institution-led cohorts.

Groups of 21 or More

What does the fee cover?

Your registration fee covers your pre-mentoring questionnaire, mentor-coach matching, and 180 minutes of mentoring divided into a mix of thirty-minute or sixty-minute one-on-one mentor-coaching sessions sessions.

Is GST included?

All prices shown include GST. Clients outside of Australia are not charged the GST component.

How much does Envisage academic mentor-coaching cost?

Individual registration with Envisage costs $1,980 including GST. This covers the full program: your pre-mentoring questionnaire, mentor-coach matching, and between three and six one-on-one sessions with your assigned mentor-coach.

Does Envisage offer group or institutional pricing for universities?

Yes. Universities and organisations can enrol multiple participants at reduced per-person rates. Groups of 5 to 10 participants are priced at $1,860 per person (incl. GST), and groups of 11 to 20 pay $1,740 per person (incl. GST). For groups of 21 or more, contact Envisage directly for a tailored quote.
